Agostino Mitsubishi - loan car agreement

1. The Borrower shall not lend the vehicle or allow any person to drive the vehicle, other than a person authorised by Agostino Mitsubishi.

2. The Borrower shall indemnify Agostino Mitsubishi for any loss to or damage caused to another person(s) and property whilst the vehicle is in the control of or driven by the Borrower.

3. Agostino Mitsubishi has the right to require, in any manner and by the above specified time, the immediate return of the vehicle by the Borrower and the Borrower shall return the vehicle to Agostino Mitsubishi or to a person nominated by Agostino Mitsubishi in the same condition as the vehicle was provided, subject to reasonable wear & tear.

4. The Borrower shall not allow smoking or the carrying of animals in the vehicle and shall not travel more than 100 klms from the dealership.

5. The Borrower shall indemnify Agostino Mitsubishi for ALL loss or damage caused to or by the vehicle should the borrower be intoxicated by alcohol or under the influence of drugs whilst in control of the vehicle.

6. The Borrower shall indemnify Agostino Mitsubishi any parking fines, traffic, speeding or red light camera offences incurred whilst the vehicle is in the custody of the borrower.

7. The Borrower shall indemnify Agostino Mitsubishi for any damage or loss caused to or by the vehicle which in the reasonable opinion of Agostino Mitsubishi or its INSURER was caused by or contributed to or by the vehicle whilst in the possession of the borrower, will pay up to the amount of the current excess of $2000 (for an unaccompanied test drive) or $1000 (for an accompanied test drive) plus the age excess if applicable of $750.00 (payable in addition to the excess, for drivers 24 years or younger) or the cost of the repair whichever is the lower.

8. The Borrower agrees to pay for ALL loss, damage to the Loan vehicle or any loss, damage or injury that the Loan Vehicle causes to any other person or property if I breach any condition of this loan agreement.

The daily charge to cover insurance costs is $25.
